Whether you celebrate Christmas or not the holiday season is a time for showing gratitude and one way to do so is to give gifts mindfully. The best way is to ask the person exactly what they want so you don’t end up giving them something they won’t use but if you want to surprise them here is a holiday gift guide for the newish parents in your life.
- Moms
- Pumping Mama
- Feeding babies is challenging and this can make it a little bit easier. Anything and everything on the Legendairy Milk website is useful. I loved using liquid gold to increase my milk supply and the pumping spray to ease the discomfort of pumping 6 times a day. Here is my referral link.
- Supplementing Mama
- Infant Formula is expensive AF. I didn’t want to use formula but with a low milk supply, I didn’t have a choice. I supplemented with bobbie for both of my sons. Back in 2019, it was difficult to find a formula that was organic and mindful but now in 2022 Bobbie makes it easy to get on a subscription and forget about it. No more ordering on the European black market.
- Nursing moms
- Breastfeeding in public is a challenge. Nursing tops make life a little bit easier especially if Amma lives in a colder climate where she wants to remain covered during feeding. I love all of Kindred Bravely’s nursing bras and tops They are made of bamboo and have multiple layers so they don’t look like nursing tops. If you are shopping for a mom who needs a sweatshirt this is my go-to from Ingrid and Isabel. And it’s on sale right now!
- New mom
- Amma may not have time to take a shower but at least she can swipe on some deodorant on the way to her baby’s next well-check. These mini deos are great for travel or a diaper bag.
- Pregnant mama
- The Mama Natural Week-By-Week Guide to Pregnancy and Childbirth. This book was worth its weight in GOLD to me during my pregnancies. It is set up in a way that is easy to follow and keep up with. It answers many questions about how to achieve a more holistic pregnancy and birth.
- Toddler mom
- I absolutely love the Itzy Ritzy Double Clutch diaper clutch for preschool drop-off. It holds a diaper, wipes, a 2 oz bottle for ready-made formula for emergencies, a phone, wallet, and keys … plus room for more
- Mom on the go
- Mom’s on the go and needs WATER! I love having a filter in my hydroflask. I was lucky enough to find a 40oz hydroflask at home goods for less than $20 and I purchased this epic water filter straw to allow me to refill tap water in my bottle anywhere and filter on the go. The double-walled stainless steel water bottle keeps my water cool while reducing my exposure to BPA and the epic water filter filters my water better than other conventional brands.

- Dad
- Military dad
- When my husband got back from Basic Training his feet were MESSED UP. This set from Lemongrass Spa is great because it includes a foot soak with tea tree oil to manage any toe fungus, the scrub and balm also help to get rid of dead skin cells and seal in moisture. The Freedom Footcare Kit can be shipped overseas or stateside.
- Active Dad
- If you’re trying to find a gift for someone who is working out a lot a massage gun like the Hypervolt can be very helpful for relieving muscle tension. I like that its not too expensive and it has multiple speeds and attachments
- Dad Bod
- If their body is in need of some cooling this CBD-free bengay alternative Cool Azul is a great option for muscle tension.
- Earth conscious dad
- Disposable razors are terrible for the environment as they are used once or twice and then thrown into a landfill. I purchased an Albatross straight razor for my husband and he loves the close shave it provides while we save money on replacement blades. I use the Leaf Razor with a pivoting head.
- Dad who needs to connect with his feminine side
- No one wants wrinkly eyes; get them Beautycounter’s clean retinol-free Countertime Eye Cream and watch their eyes glow.
- Military dad
Howdy this is kinda of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding skills so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!

I have not checked in here for some time because I thought it was getting boring, but the last few posts are great quality so I guess I抣l add you back to my everyday bloglist. You deserve it my friend 🙂
